Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you visit our website, register for a programme or submit work to an OrangeDays activity.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of orangedays.in and the training, webinars, forms, community activities and related services provided by OrangeDays (“OrangeDays”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, registering or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and current registration or submission information and not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, experience, organisation or work.

3. Educational nature of the services

OrangeDays provides educational content and practical learning opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, income, certification outcomes, business results or mastery of any technology. Examples, demonstrations and AI-generated outputs must be independently reviewed before being used in production or other consequential environments.

4. Programmes, schedules and availability

Programme descriptions, schedules, speakers, exercises and availability may change when reasonably necessary. We may reschedule, modify or cancel an activity and will provide appropriate notice where practicable. Any programme-specific payment, cancellation or refund conditions presented during registration form part of these Terms.

By submitting work to an activity that provides for community learning or public recognition, you grant OrangeDays a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, format and display the submitted work for administering the activity and, where disclosed at submission, to feature selected work through the OrangeDays website, learning materials and social channels. This licence does not transfer your ownership. You may request removal of a published feature by contacting us; we will consider and act on valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal and archival requirements.

The OrangeDays name, branding, website design, course structure, training materials, examples and other content supplied by us are owned by OrangeDays or used under licence. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use materials provided to you for your own learning. You may not resell, publicly distribute, record or reproduce paid or restricted materials unless we expressly permit it in writing.

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Google services, LinkedIn, learning tools and external websites. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. OrangeDays is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

10. Privacy and Google API use

Our handling of personal information and participant submissions is explained in our Privacy Policy. OrangeDays uses Google Drive API access authorised by an OrangeDays administrator to store and manage designated submission files. OrangeDays’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access, reject a submission or remove content when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, security or legal risk exists, or continued access may harm OrangeDays or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licences already exercised, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and free services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to provide useful and accurate material, we do not warrant that every item will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrangeDays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on educational or AI-generated material, loss of data, third-party services or unauthorised use of a participant’s submission. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or a submission that infringes another person’s rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute procedures, courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the services.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
