GenAI can generate an automation framework in minutes. But would you trust it for your enterprise?
See how we use framework design, engineering knowledge, 100+ best practices and systematic review to guide GenAI from code generation to a working enterprise UI automation framework.
Reference implementation: Java · Selenium · Cucumber · Maven · Allure
Using Playwright or another UI automation stack? The workshop focuses on the framework-engineering approach — not Selenium APIs. The approach can be adapted to other UI automation stacks.
It is about using GenAI as part of an engineering process to design, build, review and understand an enterprise UI automation framework.
Fee for any batch: ₹1,500

Did it understand all the capabilities your framework needs? What did it assume because you never specified it? Which best practices did it follow — and which did it ignore? How would you know?
A framework that runs is not necessarily a framework that is ready for the enterprise.
“Build an enterprise-grade Selenium framework” sounds like a clear instruction. But what does enterprise-grade actually mean to the LLM?
Enterprise-grade isn't a label we give the framework. It is a set of goals, capabilities, engineering practices and quality checks that the framework is expected to satisfy.
Those goals can include maintainability, extensibility, reusability, reliability, scalability, configuration management, resilient UI interaction, parallel execution, test-data management, diagnostics, reporting and CI/CD readiness.
What should a good framework contain? How should it be designed? What should you tell GenAI? And how do you know whether what it generated is good enough?
This workshop focuses on those decisions.
The best-practices collection is used as engineering knowledge for GenAI , helping reduce guesswork and guide framework implementation toward defined practices.
If you already design frameworks, the workshop shows a different challenge: how to turn architecture decisions, engineering practices and quality expectations into context that GenAI can use.
Yes — but the review needs something objective to review against. We use the framework design, capabilities, best practices and quality checklist as review criteria. GenAI assists with review and remediation; human review remains the final quality check.
Yes — but the review needs objective criteria. We review the generated framework against its design, required capabilities, best practices and quality checklist to find gaps and improve it.
In the final session, we put the framework to work: generate tests, execute them locally and review the results through Allure.
Automation Engineers, SDETs, Senior Test Automation Engineers, QA Leads, Test Architects and engineers aspiring to automation architecture responsibilities.
You should have working knowledge of a UI automation tool such as Selenium or Playwright and understand the fundamentals of automated UI testing. You do not need to be a Selenium framework architect. This is an intermediate-to-advanced workshop, not an introduction to UI automation.
Participants receive the engineering assets used during the workshop.
Framework source code · Design document/template · Technical specification · Enterprise capability catalogue · 100+ framework best practices · Framework quality checklist
Framework-development playbook · Prompts/instructions · Architecture/design documentation · Sample generated automation tests · Execution/reporting examples
